During the morning session (when you have patients), I will be quietly observing and checking your various records and documents.
 
After lunch, its workshop time! Training covers my findings from the morning session, relevant theory, practical elements and importantly - an opportunity for whole dental team (dentists, included!) to discuss various procedures and ask questions.

Sterilisation Room 101
 
We start with a virtual walk around of the sterilisation room in your practice so I can evaluate the reprocessing workflow, records and knowledge.
 
We continues with current standards, guidelines and best practice, instrument cleaning, inspection, packaging and sterilisation, the sterilisation process records, common mistakes and future considerations.
