About Dr Roslyn Franklin

Dr Roslyn Franklin is the Director of Amalgamate. Amalgamate is a one-stop solution for dental professionals and practices, offering consulting, advisory, and training services to simplify infection prevention and control and ensure accreditation compliance.

With over 25 years of experience in the dental industry, Roslyn has practised as a general dentist, trained dental assistants undertaking Certificate III/IV in Dental Assisting, written dental education materials, and undertook post-graduate qualifications in Infection Prevention & Control and Work Health and Safety.

Her goal is to help dental practices ensure a safe and healthy environment for their patients, staff and the community by removing the overwhelm and providing education and training, auditing and monitoring, developing policies and procedures and guidance and support in implementing and maintaining effective infection control practices. 

She also assists dental practices in several ways to achieve dental practice accreditation, from developing documentation, staff training, on-site assessment, coordination and submission of accreditation applications to ongoing support to maintain accreditation status.
