Dr Roslyn Franklin
Director and Dentist
Roslyn has worked in the dental industry for 30 years as a dentist, educator, and infection prevention and control consultant. She is a Fellow of the International College of Dentists and was the lead author of the chapter on infection control in Healthcare-Associated Infections in Australia: Principles and Practice of Infection Prevention and Control.
As Director of Amalgamate Consulting since 2015, Roslyn combines her clinical experience and post-graduate training in infection prevention to help dental teams turn complex standards into practical, easy-to-follow solutions. She is passionate about simplifying infection control and supporting practices to achieve compliance with confidence.
Rochelle Fisher
Dental Nurse (UK) and Director of Dental Assiting & Beyond
With over 27 years of experience, Rochelle brings extensive clinical and operational expertise to Amalgamate Consulting. Trained at Leeds Dental Institute in the UK, she has worked alongside leading dentists across the UK and Australia,Ā as a dental nurse and surgical dental nurse.
As the founder of Dental Assisting & Beyond, Rochelle is passionate about training and supporting dental teams to excel in compliance, teamwork, and patient care. Her practical approach and passion for training and supporting dental teams helps practices create safe, efficient, and high-performing clinical environments.

Jinous Eighani-Roushani
Oral Health Therapist
Jinous is an experienced Oral Health Therapist with a strong passion for infection prevention and compliance. She has extensive experience providing infection control training, audits, and compliance support to dental practices, and continues to work clinically in private practice.
Alongside her clinical and consulting work, Jinous is a professional educator at the University of Sydney and a clinical examiner for the Australian Dental Council. She has also been actively involved in professional leadership roles, previously with the Dental Hygienists Association of Australia and now as a Board Member of the Australian Oral Health Therapists’ Association.
